Upstairs

The Beach House Marcoola has 3 bedrooms, all upstairs, sleeping 6-8 people. In the main bedroom there is a king size bed, walk in robe, ensuite with double shower. Adjoining the main bedroom is a private deck to relax - swing in the hammock and listen to the surf and catch the cool sea breezes. Also upstairs is a large second bedroom with a king ensemble that can also be split and used as two singles.   There is also a t.v. area - great for the children. The third bedroom still with plenty of room has 2 king single beds. Both share a spacious bathroom  with bath and shower.

Downstairs

Downstairs is an open living area including a wood burning fireplace (wonderful in those winter months, while watching  a movie or just relaxing with a glass of red and some cheese)(Firewood supplied). This fireplace warms up the whole home, no need for blankets! You will also find a modern kitchen which flows out on to the deck. There is also a laundry and bathroom designed for easy use straight off the beach.
Outside a fully fenced yard guarantees tranquility and privacy with double gates and an intercom. While you rest on the day bed  and watch the children play on the lawn, a back gate leads out onto the beach.
A beautiful outdoor shower in the garden nestled under a bouganvilla plant allows you to shower and refresh when you come off the beach.
This house has everything you need with modern appliances and some of lifes little luxuries: BBQ, juicer, wok, selection of cd's and dvd's, books and board games and toys for the children.
