There is so much to do right on your back door.
Marcoola is a pet friendly beach. It is also patrolled year round between the flags.
Only a few minutes walk out the back gate and up the beach side path, is the newly remodelled Marcoola Surf Club, serving delicious steak, seafood and pizze to name just a few. There is also a local children's playground, corner store (to collect your morning paper), cafe and a newly opened modern beachise BYO restaurant which is open from breakfast (lovely muesli and yoghurt) to dinner time.
This beachside holiday home is at its best - far enough away from the crowds yet only a short drive to some of the coasts finest restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing. Here are some of our suggestions to help you enjoy your stay.
20 minute drive to Noosa where you will find award winning restaurants and georgeous boutiques.
8 minute drive to Coolum, wonderful beach, restaurants and shopping.
5 minutes drive to the magnificent Coolum Hyatt Regency Golf Course, home to the Australian PGA Championships.
30 minute drive to the famous Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo.
20 minute drive to the yummy Spirit House Thai Restaurant and Cooking School. (The setting is magnificent; you really feel like you are in Thailand and the food is magnificent.) A must!
